Job description

Shape the overall design vision and strategy for Taskxio as our most senior individual contributor on the design team. You will define the product design language, mentor other designers, and partner directly with leadership to ensure world-class user experiences across the entire platform.

Position requirements

You will set the design standard across the product, leading high-impact projects and establishing design principles that guide the entire team.

• Define and steward the product design language
• Lead design on the most complex, cross-cutting initiatives
• Mentor and grow junior and mid-level designers
• Partner with product and engineering leadership
• Drive user research and synthesise insights into strategy
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices
