We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our product vision — automating design processes, optimising user workflows, and ensuring seamless software experiences that contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our product lifecycle.

Position requirements

As Lead Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design across web and mobile, working closely with engineering and product to ship polished, user-centred experiences.

• Define and execute on the product vision
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with engineering to ship polished features
• Present design decisions to stakeholders
• Maintain and evolve the design system
